  • Image Data: To provide our core AI editing services (such as background removal, magic eraser, and image enhancement), the images you select are temporarily uploaded to our secure cloud servers. These images are processed purely to deliver the editing result and are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing. We do not use your images to train our AI models.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information.
  • Device Data & Identifiers: We collect device data and hardware identifiers (such as Android ID or iOS Device ID) to manage your AI credits, track your Lumora Pro subscription, enable cross-device syncing, and securely restore accounts without a login.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Process and return your AI-edited photos.
  • Manage your daily free credits and premium credit packs.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
  • Deliver targeted advertising (to free users) via AdMob, and other information regarding promotions.
  • Provide seamless account recovery and subscription syncing.

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
